Over a decade ago, I started coaching Agile teams. These were great teams but one thing became undeniably clear every time: no matter their expertise — most of them weren't making the progress they needed. Why?

The problem wasn’t their expertise—it was the lack of collaboration structure.
​
In fact, most of the teams on earth suffer as a result of unstructured collaboration. People come together in meetings to set clear goals, make decisions, or solve problems, but these meetings often drag on without clear results. People start interrupting each other, going off rails, turning every moment into a soul-sucking black hole of time. ​​​​The result is more questions and, inevitably more meetings. ​​​​

Well, that is what I've been doing over the past years. I had been putting a lot of effort in structuring these collaboration moments to a point where teams started seeing the value.
